Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Blessings
- Messages
- Photos
- Design preferences
Once production begins, personalization details cannot be changed.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after communication through WhatsApp. Submitting information through the website does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
4. Payments
Printalarm does not process payments on this website. No online payment gateway is available. Payment (if applicable) is discussed separately during WhatsApp order confirmation.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during order confirmation.
6. Production Time
Customized orders generally require 2–3 business days for production. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only. Printalarm is not responsible for courier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier service delays
8. Cancellation
Because products are personalized, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. Refund & Replacement
Refunds or replacements are provided only for products damaged during transit, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Personalized products cannot be returned due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Design preference after approval
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including designs, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and text belongs to Printalarm and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Printalarm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
